Use well-drained, moderately fertile soil and water moderately, keeping the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Thriving in 18-28°C, it blooms 45-70 days after sowing, with mid to late summer blooms; deadhead to encourage continued flowering. Frost-free overwintering is optional if grown as an annual.
